- Contact you to arrange your visit to a meeting

How your data is processed
When you submit the contact form, your data is processed by the following services:
- Cloudflare (hosting and security) — Your form submission passes through Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare may process standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) as part of delivering the website. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection) — We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that form submissions come from real people, not automated bots. Turnstile does not use CAPTCHAs or track you across websites. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Resend (email delivery) — Your form data is sent as an email via Resend's email delivery service. Resend processes the data solely to deliver the email to us. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
All data processing is carried out on the lawful basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and consent (you tick the consent checkbox before submitting).
Cookies
This website uses only the following cookies:
- Theme preference — A local storage item that remembers whether you selected light or dark mode. This is stored in your browser only and is not sent to any server.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — May set a short-lived cookie to verify your form submission. This is a functional cookie required for bot protection.
We do not use any analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking cookies.
Data retention
Form submissions are delivered to us by email. We do not store your data in a database. Emails are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and are deleted when no longer needed.
