I am pleased to the details of the 2019 BNI Video contest, just in case you have missed it.
BNI Global HQ is running a Global BNI Video Contest. The contest seeks video submissions from Members. If you would like to share how BNI has positively changed your business and your community, this is a great opportunity for you to do so and have a chance of winning. Details of the contest, including prizes can be found on the link below:
The submissions, which highlight the extent of BNI’s positive influence throughout the world, will be accepted until June 30th, 2019 at 10:00 PM UK time (5:00 PM EST). Here is the full extract from BNI Global document.

BNI Video Contest
- How has BNI positively changed your business and your community?
Eligibility
- Any member or director currently active in BNI
- One submission per member/director or group of members/directors
Contest Dates
- Video submissions will be accepted beginning April 1st, 2019 through June 30th, 2019 5:00 pm EST (10:00 pm UK time).
Prizes
Grand Prize Winner:
- Complimentary registration to Global Convention 2019
- The winning video will be featured during Global Convention 2019, with the winner presented an award on the main stage by Dr. Ivan
- The opportunity to have a private One-to-One with Dr. Misner during Global Convention 2019
- Recognition in SuccessNet prior to Global Convention
Top 10 Winners:Videos will be featured on BNI’s YouTube, Facebook and Instagram account
Submission Details
- Videos should be 3 minutes or less in length
- Please ensure that when submitting you include:
- Your video in.mp4 format or a link to it on Youtube
- Your full name and email address
- Your chapter name (if a Member)
- Your Region and Country name(if a Director)
- Any other pertinent information you wish the judges to have
- Submit your entries HERE
Rating
- The rating system for BNI Directors and GST members is based on 1-10 points, 10 points being the highest rating
- Judging
- Videos will be judged on the following criteria:
- Creativity
- Adherence to BNI’s core values
- Production value
- Relevance to BNI
- Overall quality
1st round: Top 10 videos will be selected by a panel of BNI Directors and GST
2nd round: The Top 10 videos will be judged by BNI Members worldwide by vote and from that vote, we will narrow it down to the Top 3 videos. All BNI members are encouraged to vote for your Top 3 favourite videos from July 1st to July 19th 5:00 pm EST, 2019. Please check your email for the voting instructions at the beginning of
Final round: From the Top 3 videos, the Grand Prize Winner will be selected by BNI Directors and GST
Winning videos will be announced on August 1st, 2019 and will be featured on the BNI.com website. Winners will also be notified by e-mail.
